Factual Programming

The topic I have chosen to do my documentary on will be on the effects of exercise on overall health and wellbeing.
The questions I intend to answer on this will be how effectively exercise positively affects mood, the degree of endurance improvement over time, how much it improves quality of sleep, energy levels.
The interviews I will conduct during this documentary will consist of a doctor, a health fanatic and a dietition.
The narration will be performed after the exercise, which will be written into a diary form and then dubbed over afterwards.
The footage which will be shown during the narration will include a first person view of jogging, a video diary of before and after the exercise, an over the shoulder view of average cognitive processing speed changes before and after the period of increased exercise.
The twist in the story will be the additional effects of blood sugar on the questions mentioned above.
I plan to get it done by organising my time around the interviews, by continuing a diary which monitors the amount of exercise performed, the quality and ease of getting to sleep, my overall level of energy through the time period and how these factors change and how much they change throughout the study.
The materials I will require will include a video camera, tape, tripod, microphone, pen and paper.
